Little house on a budget

This isn’t a ‘living on benefits’ blog but certainly about living on a very low income. It isn’t just a cooking blog either, although cooking will probably take centre stage. I don’t want to write about the things that are a problem because I want it to be a more uplifting piece of writing. More a case of how I am overcoming some of the problems I face. Winter puddings

Lovely heart warming winter puddings not really for the calorie counters amongst us.
One of the areas that the British are famous for is warm puddings no other country have them quite the same. Often classed nursery food is comforting and filling on cold winter nights especially when other courses of a meal can be reduced in content.
