100g Cabbage
100g Carrot
30g Onion (half a small)
2 tblsp Mayonnaise
1 tblsp Plain Yoghurt
black pepper
1. Finely shred the cabbage, grate the carrot on a large grater and finely slice the onion.
2. Mix together in a bowl and add the Mayonnaise and yoghurt. Season to taste.
3. Best made at least 1 hour in advance but can be left in the fridge for up to 3 days.
