Prawns with Chilli and Ginger

Ideal with salad or as a jacket potato filling.
Enough for two people
ingredients £1.72

100g freshwater prawns
5 crabsticks chopped
3 pepperdew chillies finely sliced
1 inch fresh ginger grated
1 tblsp mayonnaise
1 2 tsp Horse radish cream
100ml cream
black pepper

1. Chop each crabstick into 6 and put in a bowl with the prawns.

2. Mix the chillies and ginger together with the mayonnaise, cream, and horse radish cream and add black pepper to taste. Stir in the prawns and the crab sticks and serve.
